Track wall sawing company – how to choose your supplier

Track wall sawing company: How do you choose which supplier to use for track wall sawing?

Why use track wall sawing?

Firstly, let’s look at why you need to use track wall sawing.  Maybe you need fast efficient cuts to be made to a high level of accuracy? Perhaps your plans for your site require angled cuts to be made?  Track wall sawing is often used when creating a window or vent opening. The operatives at National Drilling Services also use this method of sawing for cutting through staircases and doorways.  Track wall sawing is ideal for cutting through masonry structures and reinforced concrete. If you are unsure if track wall sawing is appropriate for your project requirements just contact one of our team about your cutting needs and your site plans.

Did you know that track wall sawing can also be used during demolition?

Whilst National Drilling Services operate the powerful and robust robotic demolition machines, there are times when track wall sawing is more appropriate.  This includes such applications as demolition separation cutting. The benefit of track wall sawing is the type of cut it creates.  Using the track wall sawing method creates a smooth, neat cut with an exceptionally high level of accuracy.  Other methods of cutting which include wire sawing and stitch drilling are not so smooth.

Track Wall Sawing using diamond blades

One of the reasons that track wall sawing creates such a smooth, clean cut is that we use diamond blades. With diamonds being one of the hardest naturally occurring materials, these blades can efficiently cut through other strong and reinforced structures such as masonry and reinforced concrete. At National Drilling Services, we hold stock of a range of sizes of diamond edged blades, so we can meet the needs of track wall sawing on all scales. Our selection of blades start at 450mm increasing in size right up to our very large diameter blade of 2 metres.  With this range of different sized blades we can use track wall sawing to make not just vertical but horizontal cuts too. We can also make inverted cuts up to a depth of 800mm, which is ideal for creating window openings, vents or forming doorways and stairwells. Track wall sawing company National Drilling has a reputation in the UK construction industry – not just for drilling but for sawing, cutting, sealing and demolition too.
