What size projects can Brokk machines handle?

These machines are versatile across small and large projects. The largest Brokk 900HR unit is suitable for multi-storey structures while the Brokk 100 can dismantle single family homes.

Are the machines safe to operate?

Absolutely. Each Brokk is equipped with sensors, alarms and safety guards. Remote control stations keep operators away from hazards during work.

How long does demolition take using Brokk machines?

This depends on the structure, but Brokk machines are typically 2-5 times faster than conventional demolition. Complex jobs can be completed within months versus years.

What attachments/tools do the Brokk machines use?

Common choices include powerful hydraulic breakers, shears, crusher buckets, steel shears, hydraulic hammers and hardened steel tanks. Soils and concrete mixing heads are also options.

Is dust/debris containment provided?

Yes, fully enclosed and negative pressure cabins collect over 99% of particulates at source. Dust doesn't migrate to surrounding areas.

Do you provide crew and supervision too?

National Drilling Services can oversee entire demolition projects using our Brokk fleet, certified operators, engineers and full H&S plans from start to finish.

How are the Brokk machines transported between sites?

Dependant on the machine model/size the Brokk(s) will be transported either within the service vehicle for smaller models, on a trailer for trailer for mid-size models and the larger models will be arranged for delivery via a flat bed HGV.
